600 watts is much more than is needed, especially if you don't plan on cpu overclocking

450w would be enough, very few with dual pcie connectors though

but i hafe problems with it my graphics cad gets only 1.200V
and games are freezing i hafe a radeaon HD4670

Not an AMD/ATI guy but 1.2v sounds about right, check in the AMD graphics section
