You should be fine. Antec is an extremely reputable company. That PSU isn't the most efficient, but it'll definitely handle your GPU. You'll use more, but not a ton more, overclocked. I do recommend that you overclock, by the way: the 560 Ti 448 OCs beautifully, and it can often approach the performance of a stock 580.

yeah thats why i wanted to get it as it is 200$ cheaper then the 580 and with some simple tuning it performs equal to it. but thanks makes my purchase a lot easier and worry free :D
