Approximate Purchase Date: this week, or longer if I need to wait for rare parts
Budget Range: max 1500 or 2000 Before Rebates
System Usage from Most to Least Important: The target purpose is playing my favorite MMOs (not WoW, but Champions Online and maybe Guild Wars 2) at max settings even during Raids. Maybe play around with some graphics mods for Crysis or Skyrim.
Parts Not Required: I'm going to buy everything new
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com, amazon.com, but I don't really care
Country: USA
Parts Preferences: not really
Overclocking: Maybe, afraid of it
SLI or Crossfire: Maybe, I just want to maximize performance
Monitor Resolution: idk, north of 1280x1024
Additional Comments: I would like this computer sooner than later, but I will wait for the best if they are not immediately available. Top priority is playing MMOs at max settings!

Any part of this build is up for discussion. I may just replace some parts if they are not available. I do have some specific questions:
Is the Intel Core i7-3770K justified over the Intel Core i5-2500K in terms of (gaming) performance?
Is the motherboard and power supply appropriate for this build, especially for the CPU and GPU and general gaming performance? I couldn't figure this out, I just picked recommended ones off newegg.
Will the 4GB of memory bottleneck the gaming performance?
I did not include a SSD. Is one necessary?
Is the GTX 680 worth waiting for, or just get an equivalent?
Also, what are recommendations for (serious) gaming monitors?
