More about please check compatibility
  1. It all works together just fine.
  2. Thanks. Would I have to buy any extra cables with any of these parts at all? (sorry, first time builder)

Nope, that board comes with two SATA cables. One for your hard drive and one for your optical drive (DVD/CD) so your good to go there.
  4. Sounds good. Just to be 100% clear, all I have to do is buy those eight parts along with the OS? Nothing else? Thanks again.

  6. Thanks man
  7. When I put everything together and go to turn the computer on, what will be the first thing I see?
