What is too hot?

i think this is far from normal , maybe if you are on a notebook it may be normal, but on desktop no.

it the cooler working? did you connected power supply PCI 6pin connectors?

Erm, no. Your GPU should start to throttle back at a max of 105C. Try blowing out with compressed air the fans. Do you notice any drop in performance? Is your GPU onboard or an additional add in card. If it's on board you may need to check your BIOS settings and make sure under probably Maintenance menu that your paower save and shutdown options etc are enabled.

Is it 115 F or 115 C? 115 F is a perfectly reasonable temperature, 115 C is a dangerously high temperature.

Assuming that's 115C, you're going to want to give Kenny Loggins a call, because you're in the danger zone.

115F is normal for idle 115C is volcano hot and I doubt your gpu will survive for very long if you ran it at that temp.

yes probably it is 115F i don't think the graphics would be alive at 115 celsius
