Hello,
I'm asking this on behalf of a friend.
So:
They upgraded a fully functional version of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit to Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
After the install, Windows didn't recognise the ethernet port drivers. Downloading the drivers from http://www.foxconnchannel.com/support/downloads.aspx is a challenge when he doesn't know all the needed information about the motherboard.
So can anyone help with 1. how to fix this easily? or 2. how to find out ALL the information about the motherboard. So basically all the information Foxconn want on their website?

He has reinstalled Home Premium 64-bit and it still doesn't work.
Thanks
