An error occurred while reconnecting

Hello,
I am getting "an error occurred while reconnecting...etc" when a previously successful drive mapping suddenly does not work. The short answer is to disconnect, then re-map the drives, but that is a real pain when you are accessing the same shares all day, and it seems to drop out whenever it feels like it. There seem to be lots of "answers" to this problem, but no real solutions.

There are alot of answers because its a general question (no offense).

Are you at work or home? What is the network drive on (W2K3, Unix NAS, ??)? Wireless or on the wire? Does it effect anyone else other computers? What OS are you running? Antivirus?
