Hi Henk,

May I ask from where you obtained version 1.1 of Phone Suite. I downloaded
the latest version from Nokia website recently (didn't say what version it
was) installed it and it turned out to be version 1.0.0 - and still doesn't
fully work (particularly 'Backup and Restore' functions.

Version 1.0.0 is the same as the one supplied on disk with the phone -
purchased December '03.

Thanks,
RAH.

Does mrouter only show the IR port, or a long list of them?

It shows Com 1 (standard Serial), 1 IR conection, and Com 8 and Com 9, which
are both listed as bluetooth. Selecting either or both of the BT com ports -
no connection.

Try disabling any internal modem. That's fixed it for many people here.
