Iam building a computer for my dad, he does a lot of trading stocks online and wants a system with 3 22 inch monitors and one vid card in the $200 range, the computer won't be used for gaming, with a budget of $1000.

If he's not gaming you can get just about any Radeon card. 7750 would be a good low power option. It can do up to 6 displays with Display Port

If there is no gaming, then $200 is way too much to spend for a graphics card. It is cheaper and easier to use two inexpensive cards like these:

He can then attach 4 monitors:)

Or, if I am not mistaken, the upcoming Z77 chipset and ivy bridge will support 3 motherboard outputs. Current Z78 supports only two out of 3 concurrently.

For your $1000 budget include a SSD for certain.
