Righteo, thanks to the helpful people on my last post they told me to move it over here with some added information. I have decided to use my summer vacation money to build quite a good rig. I need a compact computer (Moving around a lot) for gaming and rendering and it needs to last me until my course is finished which is 2 years. Used for 3D Rendering and Gaming. I don't want to over do it as I want to upgrade in around 2 years but I don't exactly fully know everything to PC's yet. The main problem is:

Case: P280, 550D or Define R3?
CPU: 990x, 3770K, 3960x?

I have decided that I am already going to get a 690

Approximate Purchase Date: When I get a part list confirmed.

Budget Range: $5000

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Recording, 3D Rendering (Maya and Cinema 4D)

Parts Not Required: Widnows 7, Keyboard, Mouse, Monitors and Headset.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: UK websites but all I need is a parts list. I can find the best deals.

Country: England

Parts Preferences: Intel CPU, Nvidia GPU and the rest is what is best.

Overclocking: Not right now but before the end of the year 100%.

SLI or Crossfire: Will be investing in SLI by the end of the year.

Monitor Resolution: 1280 x 720 and 1980 x 1080

Additional Comments: Needs to be a good gaming PC, Compact and needs to last around 1-2 years (Want to need upgrade when I move out of my parents house |: )

Thanks to anyone who helps :)
