5850 CF on 1155?

I am seriously looking at this board (ASRock Extreme3 Gen3):

I currently have one 5850 card -- would I see significant performance gains by picking up a second 5850 (used) to CF on this motherboard or would the cross-fired cards cards be bottlenecked by the 8x/8x bandwidth limit?

I'm currently using that same setup with a 1920x1200 lcd. The Asrock Board is an excellent upgrade if you're on a budget, go for it! 8x/8x is nothing to worry about, you still get great performance gaming.

@rolli59 thankkkk you man your post help me too thanks again i thought that CF and SLI possible only with x8/x8 but another good news i saw in your link that x4 is not behind.

it mean can i use even 3 card HD 7970 currently i have two in CF but if i put another 7970 in x4 will it worth or not?

The board you selected only supports 2 way crossfire and in all reality the benefit from going 3 way is not nearly as much as going from a single to 2way.
