Yep AMD leaked good numbers for the FX series CPU's prior to release so I will take this with a grain of salt until release.

honestly with so many rumors around i don't know which is which are believable. but the demo mention in the article above was done by Epic Games themselves at GDC and not some internal bench or slide from nvidia. btw at OP: the demo was not a gameplay for some games. it was just a demo showcasing unreal engine

Exactly, So this isnt some NVIDIA beefed up video to make Kepler look better than AMD. This is a Demo of a Game Engine. Sort of showing "Hey Gamers, when you use 1 GTX *** you can run this game using this engine without breaking a seat" This isnt a comparison of Kepler Versus Radeon. And FX was AMD, i won't be using AMD again because they said the 8 core is gonna be like the i5, but in fact the i5 stomps all over it. So next full build i am a Intel builder
