MSI ATI R6850: Saints Row The Third problem

I have just recently bought a MSI ATI R6859 1GB Cyclone Power Edition Graphics Card.
My system:
CPU: Core 2 Duo 3.0GHz
RAM: 4GB DDR3
Mobo: MSI G41
Hard Drive: 1TB WD Sata
500 Watt PSU.

I play skyrim and loads of others great with this card. However when I play Saints Row the third on low/medium or high at any resolution the frame rate drops so much while driving cars and its like the gameplay skips every few seconds but when I walk and run around it is perfect. I have read on the net and many say its an AMD problem with drivers.

Can anyone help me?

Rollback drivers.

The drivers are quite old and they came with the card. There are about 7 more releases after mine. Should I just install the latest and the CAP software?
