have a ASUS P8P67 PRO(rev 3.1) with 16gb corsair vengenance
currently have an i3 2100 in it
would the performance increase of the i5 2500K justify the $200?

Thx in Advance

Well, I think that pretty much answers your question. If you're able to play at 60 FPS already and you have V-Sync enabled, there's no real point in upgrading anything.

Yes, the 2500K would be better in a game like BF3 (can actually make use of the extra 2 cores, and HT doesn't help much in BF3), but for the most part, it wouldn't be worth it, for now.

im having a hard time justifying a new GPU when my 37" dell TV is only 60 hz
and alot of games are being capped @ 60fps however
After all the 460 overclocked keeps up with a 560(or am i wrong?)
