LCD monitor problem?

I have these purple things on my monitor when i turn it on. They arent noticeable untill you look at a dark color, but it goes away after my pc is on for about 10-20 mins. Could it just be the monitor warming up or is it going bad? I thought it was my graphics card but i replaced it and still have the same problem. Its nothing too distracting. Just dont want to be out of a monitor.

22" Hanspree LCD monitor

Test the monitor on a different computer then you will know for sure!
