pproximate Purchase Date: Slowly buying parts each week(Looking for good deals), have everything by end of May.

Budget Range: ($900) Before Rebates.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Movies.

Parts Not Required: (keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, graphic card, OS)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg/Microcenter
Country: US

Parts Preferences: Intel

Overclocking: Maybe, I only know how to raise my multiplier on my current AMD phenom II x4 965BE to 3.7ghz, i never touched anything else such as voltage or ram timings..I dont think my mobo ever even allowed me to. I prefer to OC minimally just by raising the multipler wi thout touching stock voltages...keeping that in mind help me choose a processor good for that.

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution:1920x1080

This system is specfically for TERA so AMD is out of the question as it has very bad compatibility issues with it.

So far I have ordered:

Graphic Card: EVGA GTX 670 Superclocked>>
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130783
for 420$ which leaves me open to about 900$ left for the rest.

Things I have in mind: Pretty much only this case seems to have a nice appeal and spacious room to work with. I've built all my computers before but I always hated to have to work with smaller real estate inside my cases (Antec 900).

Case: NZXT Phantom PHAN-001WT http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146067

I like that processor+mobo combo, however is it relatively easy to OC the processor up to 4ghz with a decent cooler without having to touch its stock voltage? I'm talking about literally just putting the multiplier in bios to whatever is needed. The Ram and PSU i prefer from corsair if possible.

I found this website called kaytechnologies.com they sell custom built computers. You can like go on there and choose what parts you want
I hope you used a proxie because your getting an IP ban along with that other moniker your using on here. Now take your bs and go kick rocks. Do that sh*t somewhere else but not here.

Good recommendation, only thing I'd add would be a Hybrid 212 cooler 36.99, and a quality sound card like the xonar or fidality (dont underestimate a quality sound card)
a quality power supply and case.
