Dual Intel Xeon E5645 or Single Intel E5-1660

Hello, I'm building a new workstation for CFD simulation, unfortunately only have $2600 budget. Here is what come to my mind. Price from Newegg.
CPU: 2*Intel Xeon E5645 $1126;
RAM: WINTEC 32GB Sever Memory kit $290;
Motherboard: Supermicro MDB-X8DT6-O $410;
PSU: Coolermaster RS800 800W $150;
Heatsink: 2*coolermaster V8 $118;
GPU: PNY Quadro 600 $150;
Hard Disk: WD Caviar Black 1TB $135;
Case: LIAN LI PC-A71F $240
Total: 2616

I've try my best to balance the performance and price... But still swing between Dual Xeon E5645 and E5-1660, almost same price, 1660 have higher clock frequency but Dual E5645 have more cores....

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Cheers
James
