Most Important Graphic Card Specification?

Just Wondering ... in gaming, what would be the most important specs of the graphics card? (such as memory, stream processors, core clock, memory clock, etc). I know this may vary in different games but I wanna know which part of the graphic card provides the most performance in recent games.
