Hello,
First thing i am no computer parts expert.

I wish to know that can i use Asus AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card on Intel DG41RQI Motherboard??

The motherboard features are in http://www.flipkart.com/intel-dg41rqi-motherboard/p/itm... 7w--&_r=VugfG3t1sFutzfb7jf8eZQ--&ref=fe515e1c-c856-4925-b497-fbb4d438c48b.

I wish to install the graphics card and it is my first. Will the graphics card work?

Yes you can use. The DDR 2 what your motherboard use have nothing to do with the DDR 3 or DDR5 from the video card.

yes you can run that card it doent matter whether you have an ddr2 ramsupported mobo or ddr3 supported mobo the thing is that does it have a pcie slot which is compulsary for an graphic card without that the gpu will not work and yes your mobo has the pcie slot so you can run that card.:)
