New build, can't get into bios but fans work

New build just put it all together

i5 2500k
CM Hyper 212+
ASRock Pro3 Gen3 z68
Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4GB
Seasonic X660
CM HAF 922

Will power up and all LEDs and fans work.

Can't get into bios though just a black screen

Doesn't beep error when no RAM is in (mobo problem?)

Considering a VERY minor possibility that some pins were bent (would that even be relevant if there's no beep error?)

I can't figure this out everything plugged in fine but I can't get it to POST any help please? >_<

Reseat the ram.
Check the position of the cmos jumper using the board manual.
Remove the board battery for one minute with the power supply unplugged.
Check your video cable connection.

One of these should get you to the post screen.
