Can FSP Aurum Gold 500w power HD 7870?

Thats the question.

My settings are:

MSI-z77-g45
8 g ram 1600
i5-3570k
fsp aurum gold 500w (two +12v rails both have 18 amps) max output on 12v is 440w.

And if it can handle hd 7870 is it possible to oc my cpu and gpu abit?
