the gtx480 is from a friend so I cannot change that but around £550 to spend excluding the graphics card of course The pc is going to be used for gaming and video editing which is why i went for the 8core figured would be getting best of both worlds but if you know better parts please also around 40 pounds for windows so more along the lines of 500 really.
