I was fine looking at them. Increase ram speed to 1600 rather than 1333. In terms of compatibility, the cpu has an am3 socket, where as your motherboard has am3+ which worried me. I looked it up and it seems that they are indeed compatible. Looks good to me. You may consider an SSD, but if money is an issue then don't worry about it.
