No picture after installing new driver

I just installed the latest driver for my radeon 9250.
I went into add/remove programs and I THOUGHT I deleted the old driver but I'm guessing I got rid of all drivers.
Now when I start my computer up it will actually start like normal but there is no picture at all after showing the Windows xp loading screen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I fixed my problem finally.
I figured a system restore would do it but when I looked up how to I only found directions for doing so while the computer was already booted.
Then I tried running safe mode and saw there was an option there for choosing a restore point.
I picked the restore point from yesterday and now everything works fine.
