Hi everyone! The Ethernet LAN Port of my COMPAQ Presario CQ40 is not working. Even though the Ethernet cable is not plugged into the port, the port still shows the color yellow green and orange. What do you think is the problem?

I tried to reinstall the Ethernet driver, but nothing happened. I still can' connect to the internet.

Seriously, this has begun when a lightning strike near our house.

Do you think it's grounded?

Please help me. Thank you very much!
