Get the radeon hd 7750, it's the best card for weak PSUs like yours.

+1 to HD7750. But wait until D3 comes out, because it's a little overpriced right now and might come down a little.

And D3 probably won't be nearly as demanding a game as Crysis 2

Everyone listed radeon cards so far and there are some good choices in the line-up.
If however, you are a nvidea guy, a gt 430 would prob handle diablo and if you wanted to make sure, a gt520 would be even better. I would go with a bigger psu and a bit bigger card like gtx 460, 480 or 550 ti. You could get a 550 watt psu for around $60 and a 550 ti for around a hundred and be set to play even BF3 on ultimate settings as long as your monitor is no bigger than 21"

How is it stuck to mobo? Also if it is stuck, you can get another small psu and run only the power to the gpu. Its a little chopped but I have done it before while waiting for money to build fresh. :ange:

If it is a good power supply and a lower powered cpu(i think the 2350 may fall into that). a 6770 would actually work.

My 5770(6770) with a i5 750(this thing is low power) has no problems on a 300 watt power supply.

How many amps on the 12 volt rail do you have?

Could you take a picture of how it's stuck? I have a hard time believing it.

they did it for a reason, radeon 7xxx series draws half the power of fermi at same performance levels

also, as someone mentioned above, d3 won't be out till april 19th if i'm not mistaken, so wait it out and pick up a 7750 then

^ THIS! The HD7750 or HD7770 would work perfectly in this situation. Wait for D3 to get a finalized release date before you buy.
