What are you planning to use this for? What is your monitor resolution?

For you budget I would try to squeeze in an Intel CPU and a less expensive GPU and get a better PSU, along with a new, not recertified HDD. HDDs fail, I dont know if I would trust recertified HDDs and PSUs(Ive had no luck with recertified PSUs).

If you answer the questions, I can get back to you on more specific stuff.

the 7850 is roughly the same as the 570. I think a little bit better CPU. HDD is much better, tons faster. better quality PSUs. You only need like 500W so 650W gives some head room

I think it comes just at $800 after rebates and deals this weekend on newegg. Also the CPU comes with another DVD Burner I think free, so then you can have 2 in your system if you want
