Catalyst Driver 12.3 overheat my HD5570

the latest AMD driver 12.2/12.3 makes my HD5570 overheat up to 107 degrees .

I even got my case opened up and get a big fan blowing cool air to it..but it doesn't help.

Idle at 48 and full load max 108 "read from MSi afterburner"@ 12.2
Idle at 43 and full load 87 @ catalyst 12.1

is the Thermal Compound gone or what
and what should i do?

Swap back to the older drivers, the newer drivers are mostly updates for the newer cards 6/7xxx series.
