Optimal Temperature

Hello Lads,
I just finished building my PC, no Windows installed yet, but I checked the temperatures of CPU in BIOS and I want to ask: is 38-40 C is normal temperature when i5-3750K is idle? I have a CoolerMaster TX3 Evo CPU cooler.

Don't forget that the temp in the BIOS will always be higher than in Windows because the power saving features aren't active in the BIOS and there's actually a small load on the CPU in the BIOS, as well.

So yes, 38-40C in the BIOS seems just about right.

Looks good. I personally like to use HWMoniter for my temps, I think it is one of the better tools.
