Hey all...just wondering what you all would choose between the following for a motherboard for an i5-3750k:
ASUS P8Z77-V LX
or
ASRock Z77 Extreme 4
Any help out there would be appreciated!!!

The Asus board you linked is meant to run a single card. The Asrock board you linked is meant to run a dual card system. The Asus board has less phases and doesn't over clock as well as that Asrock board.
