Can I run BF 3 at medium to high settings?

Can I run BF3 with medium to high settings (with a minimum of 40 fps) with this pc?

CPU: Core 2 Duo E7600 @3.06GHz
GPU GTX 550 TO 1 GB
PSU: 460 Watt
RAM: 4 GB

Yes, you can get over 40fps in BF3 @1080p with medium settings.
At High, it would still be playable, but it ma fluctuate between ~30-40 fps.

You can also turn the shadows lower, since it doesn't really affects graphics, but can give a lot more FPS.
