Which build is better?

Hello, i want to hear your opinions about these two builds :

Main differences between these two are 3450 and 7850 combo vs overcklockable 2500k and 560 ti combo (560 ti palit sonic has a great discount right now 90 lt off)

2500k and 560ti Is way Better.

For gaming, get the 3450+7850, as what matters most is the video card.

Could you give reasons why? I like the 2500k with 560 ti, because it is more future proof i think. Won't the 3450 be too slow in a year? With the 2500k i could oc it and have it kicking for another year or so.
