Gtx460 problem PLEAS HELP

i have been playing battlefield 3 since it came out andnever had any problem

some weeks ago, i bougt the expansionpack. i have played it without any problems but today some strange line come out of nothing

i dont know what to do i set my video setting from ultra to low and undid my OC from 925 to 780 stock (nGTX 480 Hawk)

my temp never went over 60 C so overheating isnt the problem

the problem also isnt all the time.

Huh. Pretty classic artifacts. I'd expect them to go away with the downclock. Try clocking down even further, maybe to 600mhz, just to see if that's relevant.

ill try but im it just weird i played it 3-4 months without problems and now they are there.

i hope its still playable at 600MHz

Oh, that's not intended to be a permanent solution. It won't really be playable at high settings, and I don't propose that you leave it at 600mhz. Just try it out to see if the artifacts go away. If it won't run at stock clocks, there's a problem.

can it be that the memory is overloaded? that the game asks to much of the carts mamory?

well i have tried to underclock my GPU and its still there

any sugestions?

I have a intel cire i5 2400 on a asus p8p67 pro mobo

Ah. Guess you can't try integrated video, then. Do you have access to another GPU? I'm almost sure the card is the issue, but it'd be good to make sure.

ill first try to update to the latest drivers and try to get my hand on another gpu

ill also try to put it my gpu in another pci slot.
