Ive noticed this throttling in only MMO's.
I look at a distance and everythings nice, 50-60fps. Then i turn my character around in the game and i can see my fps go down to 10-20 for a second or so and i can see my cpu usage going from 50 to 10-20 and then it goes back to normal again.
This only happens when turning around fast or stuff like that, really annoying, its like a stuttering issue.

Intel fanboys plz dont come here and say AMD ISNT FOR GAMING GET A 2500K, thats not the solution im looking for even tho it might be one of them. thanks!
