  1. If you want to game, the PSU+video card upgrade will give you the most noticeable difference.

    The graphic card upgrade will give you instant gaming capability where you don't have it now. The dual core should be good with a GTX 460/HD 6850 class card before you start seeing CPU bottle neck. Even above that, any card will work. You'll just start wasting some of its capabilities. And yes, you will need a new PSU.
