I expected a much higher score than this, its terrible. Holy hell...Ill have to buy all new ram. This rig should score immensely higher than that.
Supported Frequencies : 381 MHz,
CAS Latency (tCL) : 5 clocks @ 38
RAS to CAS (tRCD) : 5 clocks @ 38
RAS Precharge (tRP) : 5 clocks @
Cycle Time (tRAS) : 14 clocks @ 3
Min TRC : 19 clocks @ 381 MHz, 23
Type : DDR3-SDRAM PC3-10700 (667
Format : UDIMM (133.35 x 15)
Size : 2048 MB (1 ranks, 8 banks
Why is my CPU mark Half what it should be? Its rated 6K on the comparison chart and mine is barley over 3K...what in the world is going on

That sounds about right. I would look into getting some better RAM.

It looks like it is recognizing the 12gb ram but, It says usable 3gb. Did you check the bios to see if the ram is recognized. Also, I'm not sure of this but and I'm no expert but, long time ago when I had 32bit win7, I had 8gb ram, said only 3gb was usable aswel. I wonder if its a windows error since its not 64bit...
