okk so any card on which i can play games on low setting on 800 x 600 resolution............my processor supoports all the games but my vieo card does not...........i can run pretty much all the games but there are lags..............even at 1024 resolution

at your price range (4k-6k inr) you can get radeon hd 5570, 5670, 6570, 6670, 5750 and some 6750 cards. any of these cards will perform well for gaming at 800x600 resolution or less than 1650x1080 resolution.
i'd suggest getting a radeon hd 6670 1gb gddr5 card since you didn't say what kind of psu you have. if the psu turns out to be inadequate, you're better off with a radeon hd 5570 1 gb card.

radeon hd 6670 does not require extra pcie power connector, it draws power from the pcie slot. radeon hd 6750 and higher need at least one pcie power connector. radeon hd 6770 needs an extra pcie power connector.
psus like corsair cx430 v2 should be able to support your pc without a hitch.

but if you want to leave room for the future, you might want to get a higher wattage psu like this one

recommendations are based on price. check with your local shops for current prices, in case you find these at a cheaper price.
