Setting ASUS P8Z77-V LE 0605 for BIOS

I have not overclocked i5-3570K and p8z77-v le, but after flashing c BIOS (0316) to (0605), the core frequency protsesssorah decreased in two (3400 on 1600).
Help with setting BIOS (0605)

Thats the idle speed, is it like that when you play games?
