GTX 570 HD issues in dx11 on saints row the third

Hey all i have this one issue with saints row the third only in dx11 it does this

in dx9 it works fine every other dx11 game i have works fine no issues


please help fix i have the latest drivers

Can anyone help me, when i try directx9 it says : saints row the third has stopped working". please help, i've being trying to play this game for 2 days now
