Building a HD video editing computer.

Hello,
I will be using Avid Media Composer 6 and Protools. Any recommendations on what I should build for longevity and power. Budget is £3000. Want a dedicated SSD system drive and a large capacity Raid storage drive. System stability is important too.
Any help greatly appreciated.

here is a 2500$ Rig. it will run very fast and can also overclock if you need the extra juice. there is plenty of storage and the 670 will paly all of any games that you play

I was a bit worried that anything less than a Quadro would have issues with rendering in Avid Media Composer 6. Had heard that the 670 was suited mainly to gaming, but gaming would be merely a happy bonus in my system. Have been told that Avid is very choosy with what systems it will work on...
