Building My First Machine Discussion

I am building my first machine. I need help deciding what MoBo and graphics card (if any, since MoBo has one) to buy, and also look over the other components to see if they match up well.

I am getting

Case+PS=RAIDMAX Altas ATX-295WBP with 500W Power Supply
Memory= 16GB G.Skill Ripjaw Series (4x4GB) 240 Pin DDR3 SDRAM PC3 8500
CPU= Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz Quad Core
Operating System=Windows 7 Home Premium
Cooling=Corsair H80 Liquid Cooling
Hard Drive= Corsair Force Series 3 2.5" 60GB SATA III SSD
2nd Hard Drive= WD 160GB 3.5" (Already Own)

MoBo=????? (Must have SATA III and USB 3.0 and must be ATX Board)
Graphics Card=?????

I plan on doing some gaming with C.O.D. MW3, and maybe Battfield.

I do not planning on going super high def or $700 monitors, however dual monitors is a must and triple would be nice.

Any suggestions?

The entire rig is going to cost about $750-$800 as it sits

You don't need 16 gb RAM, knock that down to 8. Drop the SSD and get a 500 gb HD for $80. Drop the water cooling. I'd say get Asrock extreme 3 gen 3 and a 6850, because your budget is kinda small. You might even have to bump the CPU down if your budget includes monitors.

Alright, I already own monitors, or two of them at least so that isn't included in my budget.
