RMA on xfx hd 6870?

I have about had it with my xfx hd 6870...its stuttering all over the place even in league of legends and artifacting in skyrim...

how the hell do i RMA this thing? how do i call support? All they give me is xfxforce.com...

Believe me we live in the age of technology and it is easier to do live chat on the web with a person in ASIA than over the phone! Cheaper too!

i hope your right...and i hope its just the graphics card. Stuttering at a high framerate sounds like its a problem with the motherboard but hell if i know it doesn't seem like anyone really knows lol.
