  1. 560Ti is a good option for upgrade.
  2. thanks any idea on whats the dif performance between the 560ti and the 560ti 448 cores?
  3. GTX 560 Ti 448 cores is better than the old 384 one.

    Check the link. :)
  4. thanks much needed info there but i was actually looking for a bench done with the 560ti 448 and the gigabyte 560ti SOC thats @ 1ghz ive read up that 1 performs better than the 570 in some cases

  5. I'll need to look into that.
It's a bit difficult to know the difference, since you can't compare the different benchmarks as they're using a different test set-up.
But judging by the two, the GB GTX560 Ti SOC is a bit better. But only by just. :)
  6. lol understood but im stuck between buying the SOC 560ti or the 560ti 448 cores
  7. You can get the GTX 560 Ti 448 cores.
The other one is superclocked. While the one I linked is a stock. You can overclock later on, if you feel like it. :)
  8. true true but take in to count price difference the SOC 560ti performs like a stock 570 which i assume is enough to run games now at full hd ...basically is the 448 worth the extra cash ? and do you no the price dif between the 2?

and do you no the price dif between the 2?

    Thanks for asking me that.
But by the way you're saying, the SOC seems cheaper than the 448.
But the GTX560Ti 448 does perform similarly to a stock 570 and OC'ing should result in it being better than the GTX 560 Ti SOC and the 570.
  10. ya you right but im not sure how much cheaper
  11. Where are you buying it from?
  12. im from S.A so i dont think thats gonna help you much lol

im slowly getting more undecided as to what to get maybe im gonna get the 448
  13. I meant whether you are buying from a local hardware store or from newegg or amazon or any other sites like that.

Yes, you should get the 448 one. :)
  14. local store gonna give them a call now to find out how much can i get the 448 from them for seems to perform very well after OC it
  15. good point maybe i should just settle for the reg. 560ti OC and hopefully it will run like a stock 570 that way il safe cash because the 570's ar double the price of the 560ti
  16. Quote:
gtx 570 is to close in price to the 448 version lol only an idiot bought a 448

I wouldn't say the GTX 570 is close to a GTX 560 Ti 448 in price.
$40-45 more doesn't seem worth it.
  17. so gman u say 448 rother than 570 to save cash?

    Yes
IMO, the 570 doesn't seem to be worth the extra cash.

$20- $30 is more like it even less GTX 570s for $300 are getting common place.

But the considering that the performance/price ratio is low, I wouldn't consider an extra $20-30 or $40 for a 570.
    The performance difference is negligible.

Get this card Galaxy GTX 560ti for $230 and it will outperform GTX 448 and GTX 570 and even GTX 480 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162088

    That won't outperform a GTX 570 or a 480.
  21. The article you've linked is of a different version of the card...
  22. I guess it's just a different manufacturer.
    Yes, I did notice that.
But this one is already OCd. The GTX 560 Ti 448 isn't and it can be OC'd later on, if the OP wishes to do so. The 570 is good, but I don't consider the extra money as being worth it.
  23. Quote:
but you are contradicting yourself cause of the price difference it even larger between the Galaxy 560ti White Edition and GTX 448 than it is between the 448 and 570

    You're forgetting it's already OC'd.
  24. Quote:
Your forgetting that means it's stable and comes with a warranty and that it's $230 not $300+

    A 448 is not over $300+.

    again, not true..
stock GTX 570 vs stock GTX 560 TI -448

You beat me to the link of the benchmark... I love Anand.

    I'd go with the 448... I guess we're all "moron's".

Ya your a smart one alright now run along I am done with you and your baited attacks.

    Spell much? [:russwood1488:7]

Actually the fastest GTX 560 ti was the Gigabyte SOC it is faster than gtx 480 and close to a GTX 580

Reminds me of a guy on Craigslist that irrationally believed that a GTX 550ti beat a GTX 560ti and despite proof otherwise, he kept on BELIEVING...

Yes, especially when you go around calling people morons and you can't even spell or use proper punctuation. Ad nauseam... :pfff:
  29. Among the stock cards, the 560 Ti 448.
Among factory OC'd, GB 560 Ti SOC.
  30. ok gents lets have a quick vote no arguing just 1 word answer based on price and performance bear in mind i do want performance more than saving money but dont wanna spend alot at the same time so with a vote what card should i get ?.....

The price of GPUs are almost double over here, than in the US.

    Moving on..
  46. But does the OP want to buy it online?
  47. ok im so confused now i feel like an ass lol someone had said i should get the cheapest 560ti and OC mad and hope that i get close to the 570 at stock well im starting to lean that way now because the inno3d is 2100 which is 280$ now then try OC that 1 >>>>>>any thoughts on that plan it will cost me half of a 570 from asus and R1000 cheaper than the SOC so what your'll think?????
