High temps! Need help!

Why are my CPU and graphics card temps so high? I went to the repair service and got thermal paste reapplied to the CPU twice, but each time they say it will be fine now and it goes up to 98 C when under load for more than 10 minutes. What should I do? Graphics card temps go up to 100 C. Btw my CPU and graphics card were never overclocked

I'm only seeing 75C max on the screen shot - I am however seeing max 9900rpm on a fan which leads me to believe you have a model airplane ducted fan motor mounted somehow. How strange, perhaps CPUID has gone bonkers?
