Seems like the same. I am getting an z77 extreme motherboard, so I am hoping they are both compatible.

This first one has a review that mentions it working perfectly.

Now this second one is $6 cheaper ($38), but I am not sure if it will work with my z77.

No difference between them. They have the exact same IC's underneath the heatspreaders.

So the difference is the heatspreader? lol

Guess ill jump on the deal then. 900 positive reviews seems reliable!
Thanks for being so helpful with my questions. Might have one or two more in the future, mind if I just pm you? Still debating on 2500k, or 3570k and Windows 7 OEM or full version.

Yeah, a PM is fine. I might not get to it immediately (no emails for PM's...), but I definitely will get back to you.
