The GTX 670 is the best in terms of price and performance at the moment.

670s are going for around ~$400:

570s will get you decent performance in most games at $300:

560 ti will get you close to what you want (may have to turn some details down a little) at $230:

Depends on your budget?

im trying to decide between gtx 560 ti fpb or gtx570? do you have any idea wich one performs better?

The GTX 570 performs better than the 560ti. Its pretty close though (when weighing in terms of price and performance). For less than 300, you can get the AMD Radeon 7850. Performance is similar to the gtx 570 but with less noise, power consumption, and heat. For example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
