Decent Gaming Build - GPU Advice Needed

so hopefully im going to build a decent enough gaming computer i cant chose a Grafichs Card To go with it, heres the current specs:

Case:
CORSAIR CARBIDE 500R ARCTIC WHITE

CPU Cooler:
NOCTUA NH-C14 COOLER CPU

Disk:
WESTERN DIGITAL GREEN 1TB SATA3 64MB
CORSAIR FORCEGT SSD 60GB SATA3

PSU:
CORSAIR GAMING SERIES 700W

RAM:
CORSAIR XMS3 8GB DDR3 1600MHZ

i don't wan't loud jet engine GPU but i want something good to go with this build, i can't buy a expensive gpu just want something that can run every game high quality

Get the 570.

The GTX 570 performs better than the 560ti. Its pretty close though (when weighing in terms of price and performance). For less than 300, you can get the AMD Radeon 7850.
