Hey guys,

I'm currently thinking of buying a new GPU, and with the new Nvidia series thing coming out, will this significantly drop the price of the GTX 560 ti, or the 570s? What is the history of price drops when a new series comes out? For example the GTX 4XX-->GTX5XX

Thanks.

PS I think it's releasing in like ten days (rumor). Will there be an immediate drop?

I doubt the drop will be immediate. I have a gtx 285 and I've watched each series come out along with their price. The popular cards will stay consistent usually and the cheaper models will become discontinued. If you see one go for 30-50$ cheaper then I would go ahead and get it because that's probably the best you will see it.

I'm seeing good sales on now. Maybe because the new series is coming out? Here are some deals I found. Could you or anyone tell me if these are the classic every day/week deals, or if these are once every few month deals? Thanks!
