With the power supply you are getting, you will be able to support much better graphics than the HD6450. You will be able to run Starcraft 2 on low to medium settings but if you want to play it at a higher quality I suggest a card like these:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130632 (similar to HD6450)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102934 (unsure if includes low profile bracket?)
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127571 (most recommended)

However, please be wary that your PC model is known to have issues with non-HP PSUs.
  2. Add: May also be possible to run all of the above cards in your current PSU. How many amps does it have on the 12V rail?

I dont know, how do you check it?
  5. Open up your case and take a look at the sticker usually located on a side of the PSU. Sorry for the late reply.
