you can see here:
http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/amd-radeon-hd-6000/hd-6670/pages/amd-radeon-hd-6670-overview.aspx#3

that 6670 requires minimum 400w psu, so a 300w psu is not even close to the recommended;

7750 here:
http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/7000/7750/Pages/radeon-7750.aspx#3

minimum 500w so i don't think any of them are good for that psu, you will need first changing the psu, later when you get this done you can go for a 7750 new technology is best for you.

Someone explain to me how two video cards which draw around 60 watts of power under load and don't need a direct power connection from the PS need a 400w PS, let alone a 500w PS?

Take your pick, either will work fine on a 300w power supply provided you system isnt overclocked and your already pushing that PSU to the edge.

The 7750 is the slightly better card typically though there is a gddr5 version of the 6670 that closes the gap.

Hi, I was wondering that kind of question as well as I am using Dell Optiplex 755 SFF. So last month, I did a lot of research and decided to go for Sapphire HD 6670 GDDR5 Low Profile due to the strictly limit of space and my PSU is ony 275W. It works fine for me. I am an occasional gamer, the graphic card works great for games like Portal 2, Skyrim, ... and multi monitor is also not a problem.
However, if you are not space limited, I suggest you go for ati 7750.

My system is Intel E8400 4GB ram, 500 GB Hard drive + 60GB Crurial M4SSD. Hope this help.
