I brought a Nokia 8910 i , for 800 euros (958 USDollars) and after changing
the SIM card, the EXTERNAL plastic side that cover the battery did not fit
properly, in the top side of the cellular (it doen't fit for less than a
milimeter).
I sent it to Nokia Portugal and the answer was that the external plastit
side can not be fixed,
because it has... humidity inside.
The cellular WORKS FINE in all its functions
and I hardly believe that an EXTERNAL plastic cover that doesn't fit well
can not be fixed because, they say, of INSIDE humidity.
In fact, I can't see any relation on it.
The cellular is in the period of garanty, I use it in a common and normal
way,
but as it works fine and I spend a lot of money on it,
I even wouldn't mind to pay some more money for a new plastic part.
In Portugal, the Customer Service of Nokia just say that the external
plastic side can not be fixed, because of the internal humidity
and I don't get any feed-back from the General Country Manager of Nokia, Mr.
Alessandro Branzi.
As I would like to report this situation to central Nokia, in Finland,
I am asking if someone can post here the adress of Nokia in Finland,
( or can send it to me, for the e-mail naval@usa.net )
and, if it isn't asking too much, to whom I must adress that report.
Thank you, in advance for your help,
L.
( sorry for my poor english )
